Role Overview

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Account Manager who can plan media, run Google & Meta ads at scale, and own results. This role is for someone who understands where to spend money, how to scale profitably, and how to explain numbers to clients without hiding behind jargon.

You will own media planning, execution, optimization, and reporting across paid channels.

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads (Core Ownership)

  • Manage and scale campaigns across:
  • Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Shopping
  • Keyword research, intent mapping, and funnel alignment
  • Smart bidding, manual bidding, budget pacing, and scaling strategies
  • Conversion tracking, GA4, GTM coordination
  • Continuous testing of ad copies, extensions, and landing pages

Meta Ads (Core Ownership)

  • Plan and execute campaigns on:
  • Facebook & Instagram (Lead Gen, Sales, App, Awareness)
  • Audience strategy:
  • Broad, interest-based, custom & lookalike audiences
  • Creative testing frameworks (hooks, angles, formats)
  • Funnel-based structuring (TOF / MOF / BOF)
  • Scale campaigns while maintaining CPA / ROAS benchmarks

Media Planning & Budgeting

  • Create monthly & quarterly media plans aligned to business goals
  • Budget allocation across platforms based on performance & intent
  • Forecast leads, conversions, CPA, and ROAS
  • Decide where to spend, where to cut, and where to double down
  • Work closely with BD & strategy teams on growth projections

Client & Account Management

  • Own client communication for performance and media discussions
  • Present performance reports with insights, not screenshots
  • Translate data into clear actions and next steps
  • Manage expectations, timelines, and performance benchmarks

Reporting & Optimization

  • Weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Deep dives on:
  • CPA, CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR
  • Identify performance leaks and fix them fast
  • Suggest CRO, landing page, and funnel improvements

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Solid understanding of media planning & budget allocation
  • Performance mindset ROI > vanity metrics
  • Comfortable handling multiple clients and budgets
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
