Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dietician Sales Consultant role based in Delhi, India. The Dietician Sales Consultant will engage prospective and existing clients, clearly explain clinic services and nutrition programs, and guide them in selecting suitable plans aligned with their health goals. The role includes conducting consultations to understand client needs, addressing inquiries, and providing a positive, informative experience throughout the decision-making process. The consultant will follow up with leads, maintain accurate records of interactions, and support clients to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement with the clinic's services. The position also involves collaborating with the dietician team on promotions, client education initiatives, and feedback to improve offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to understand client needs and recommend appropriate nutrition and wellness services.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a supportive, client-centered experience and foster long-term relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal explanations and professional written follow-up.
- Background or strong interest in nutrition, dietetics, wellness, or healthcare; prior experience in a clinic or health-focused environment is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Delhi, manage multiple client interactions, and maintain organized records using basic digital tools or CRM systems.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics, life sciences, business, or a related field preferred.
