Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Dietician Sales Consultant role based in Delhi, India. The professional in this role will provide one-on-one nutritional counseling, develop individualized diet plans, and deliver medical nutrition therapy for clients with varied health needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client medical history and dietary patterns, monitoring progress, and adjusting plans as needed. The role also involves explaining clinic services, converting inquiries into consultations, and supporting sales targets through informed, ethical recommendations. The consultant will collaborate with the clinic team on patient follow-ups, participate in wellness programs or workshops, maintain accurate records, and stay updated on current nutrition research and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Dietetics and Nutrition, with the ability to apply scientific principles to practical, individualized diet plans.
- Experience or training in Medical Nutrition Therapy, particularly for conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity, and gastrointestinal disorders.
- Proficiency in Nutritional Counseling and Human Nutrition, with the ability to educate, motivate, and support clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach and comfort in discussing services and facilitating conversions.
- Sales or consultation experience in a healthcare or wellness setting is an advantage, with the ability to meet targets ethically.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field; relevant certifications or licenses as per local regulations are preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail in record-keeping, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Willingness to work on-site in Delhi, India, and flexibility to support clinic schedules, including peak hours or weekends
