As our programs grow, we're looking for a Diet Counsellor who can support our clients with empathy, precision, and holistic understanding.

Job Profile: What you will be doing

Lead Handling & Conversion - Identify their pain points using the RebootGut Sales Funnel: Prospects Contacts Leads Engagement Close Support Referral.

Counselling & Health Assessment : Translate lab reports and symptoms into programs and services offered by the organization

Sales Communication : Educate clients about pillars of diet program - gut health, hormonal balance, insulin resistance, and metabolic healing

Send structured messages, voice notes, and brochures as per protocol.

Who We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication (English + Hindi).
• Strong emotional intelligence, empathy & counselling skills.
• Basic understanding of nutrition, gut health, hormones (training provided).
• Strong sales mindset & ability to handle objections confidently.
• Ability to build rapport, trust, and long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM tools.
• Ready to work full-time from our Gurugram office
