Job Summary
Vecura Wellness Clinic is hiring Wellness Consultants with strong client consultation and conversion experience. The role involves assessing client wellness needs, recommending personalized programs, and converting consultations into successful enrollments while ensuring high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one wellness consultations and lifestyle assessments
- Understand client health concerns and explain suitable wellness programs
- Convert walk-ins, leads, and consultations into paid clients
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure follow-ups
- Work closely with therapists, dietitians, and operations teams
- Achieve individual and clinic-level conversion targets
- Maintain accurate client records and reports
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and counseling skills
- Strong client conversion and negotiation abilities

- Passion for health, wellness, and holistic care
Qualifications (Mandatory)
- BAMS / BHMS / BSMS / BNYS / Pharm D / M.Sc. Food and nutrition
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in wellness consultation, client conversion, or healthcare counseling
- Experience in slimming, wellness, or lifestyle clinics is preferred
