Job Summary
Vecura Wellness Clinic is looking for a passionate and result-driven Wellness Expert with strong client conversion experience in the slimming industry. The ideal candidate will provide personalized wellness consultations, guide clients toward effective slimming solutions, and successfully convert consultations into enrolled programs while maintaining high ethical and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed wellness and slimming consultations for walk-in and lead-based clients
- Assess health history, lifestyle habits, and weight management goals
- Recommend suitable slimming programs and lifestyle plans offered by Vecura Wellness Clinic
- Convert consultations into paid programs by building trust and value
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure ongoing engagement
- Monitor client progress and provide motivation and guidance
- Achieve monthly consultation and conversion targets
- Coordinate with therapists and clinic operations for seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up schedules
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in client handling and conversion within the slimming or wellness industry
- Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of weight management, nutrition, and lifestyle wellness
- Target-oriented mindset with ethical consultation practices
Qualifications
- BAMS / BHMS / BNYS / BSMS / Pharm D / MSc Food & Nutrition or relevant wellness qualification
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in slimming clinics, wellness centers, or healthcare consultation roles preferred
