Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Operate dialysis machines, including setup, administering dialysis solutions, and monitoring patients during treatment.
Ensure the cleanliness and sterilization of dialysis equipment and supplies.
Record patient information, including vital signs, fluid and electrolyte levels, and treatment outcomes.
Assist patients with positioning and access to dialysis machines during treatment.
Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, such as cardiac arrest or severe allergic reactions.

Job Requirements:

UG/PG degree in a related healthcare field (e.g., Medical Technology, Nursing).
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established protocols.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
Ability to collaborate with nephrologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
