Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Operate dialysis machines, including setup, administering dialysis solutions, and monitoring patients during treatment.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and sterilization of dialysis equipment and supplies.
  • Record patient information, including vital signs, fluid and electrolyte levels, and treatment outcomes.
  • Assist patients with positioning and access to dialysis machines during treatment.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, such as cardiac arrest or severe allergic reactions.

Job Requirements:

  • UG/PG degree in a related healthcare field (e.g., Medical Technology, Nursing).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established protocols.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
  • Ability to collaborate with nephrologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
