Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Dialer Manager - OUTBOUND CALLS, located in Mohali district. The Dialer Manager will oversee and manage outbound dialing operations to optimize call campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include analyzing call reports, managing dialer configurations, creating campaign strategies, supervising team performance, and ensuring compliance. This role involves close collaboration with sales and operations teams to improve overall efficiency and call outcomes.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements •
6–10 years of experience in WFM and/or Dialler Management in a US outbound call center
• Strong understanding of US time zones, TCPA compliance, and outbound sales operations
• Hands-on experience managing outbound diallers such as Convoso, Avaya, Genesys, NICE etc.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, dashboards)
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in real-time operations and high-pressure environments Preferred Skills (Good to Have) • Exposure to Power BI / Tableau or similar BI tools
