Dialer Support Engineer
We are looking for a Dialer Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Vicidial and Asterisk-based systems. The candidate will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting dialer infrastructure to ensure seamless communication operations.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in dialer/VoIP support
- Strong understanding of Asterisk-based systems
- Hands-on experience with Vicidial
- Knowledge of SIP protocol (SIP signaling, RTP)
- Experience in PRI configuration and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Linux server administration
- Experience with VoIP troubleshooting tools (tcpdump, sngrep, Wireshark)
- Experience in API integration (REST, JSON, Webhooks)
- Basic scripting knowledge (Bash/Python or similar)
- Understanding of databases like MySQL/MariaDB
- Experience with predictive dialers and campaign management
