Accountability:

Improve & Upkeep of HEMM&OME Availability to meet targeted mine production.

Regular evaluation of equipment's health and plan for procurement of required spares and consumables. Use of technical tools i.e RCFA/Why-Why analysis to find out failures and taking corrective actions to improve OEE/MTBF/MTTR

Opex & Capex:

Optimization of cost of operation and maintenance.

Zero based annual P&B preparation & execution for cost optimization.
Vender development & Implementation of best practices for cost control and equipment reliability. Planning for timely replacement of equipment's on LCC basis.

Safety Management:

Implementation of Safety systems as per mines act to create safe working and pollution free environment in the workplace.

Compliance of provision of safety appliances in the equipment as per DGMS. Preparation and implementation of safety standards and procedures. Adoption of world class safety standards to improve workplace conditions and employee morale.

People Management:
Build & sustain a conducive work culture by effective management of people to improve productivity, growth and motivation levels of employees toinstitutionalize best organizing practices in the unit.

Align and fixing up of stretched goals to subordinates to meet unit targets.
Providing required resources and support to team to perform and achieve desired results. Performance assessment and candid feedback to subordinates on regular basis to further improve performance.
Preparation of skill matrix and identification of training needs for skill development

Quality Systems:
Implementation of WCM/ OHSAS through involvement of people in area of maintenance to improve standards & equipment performance

.12-15 Years of experience on Higher Capacity HEMM working in large open cast mine.

.Minimum 5-8 years in leadership role handling large HEMM fleet

Technical Competencies : Strong Knowledge of Hydraulic system ,engines and transmissions
