Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Madhya Pradesh, India, for a Deputy General Manager (DGM) in Worsted Spinning. The role involves overseeing daily operations in the spinning department, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and cost-efficient practices are met. The DGM will be responsible for supervising the team, troubleshooting processes, implementing improvements, customer handling and maintaining machinery and equipment. Additionally, the role includes monitoring inventory, ensuring safety practices, coordinating with other departments, and complying with operational and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in worsted spinning, including knowledge of spinning processes, production planning, and machinery maintenance
• Strong management and leadership abilities to supervise teams, allocate work, and address challenges effectively.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for process optimization and troubleshooting production issues
• Knowledge of quality standards and adherence to safety and compliance practices in the textile industry
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to liaise with multiple departments.

Experience : 20+ Years

CTC : 15 to 20 LPA including perks & benefits

Education : Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Textile.
