Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategy and plans in line with company guidelines
- Provide market intelligence and trends to shape future strategy
- Conceptualize and launch sales initiatives to maximize order booking
- Evaluate market trends and competitor activities to protect and grow sales
Operational Sales Planning & Management:
- Prepare detailed sales plans for projects and set targets for the sales force
- Develop incentive plans for the sales team
- Review daily performance of the sales team and ensure lead generation through calls, referrals, and marketing measures
- Ensure sales staff productivity through training and support
- Coordinate with Sales Admin/CRM, Engineering, Legal for critical customer queries
- Manage relationships with key customers (HNI, Institutional, Corporate)
- Oversee after-sales support
- Develop and manage relationships with partners (brokers/property consultants)
- Maintain accurate sales data and submit timely MIS reports
- Manage project-wise sales budgets
- Visit project sites periodically to monitor sales
Marketing Activities:
- Implement marketing strategies and initiatives to drive sales
- Identify local media for marketing communication and provide inputs to centralized marketing team
- Support PR activities under guidance of central PR team
- Track consumer trends and competitor strategies to gain strategic advantage
Developmental & Leadership Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on developments in the area
- Participate in recruitment of suitable talent for the region/project
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to the team for learning and development
- Share best practices within the project/region
