Quality Assurance manager(Mechanical) for project of Saudi Aramco for delivering QA/QC activities related to installation activities at Qatar, yard coordination, coordination with Third party inspection agency, client, Inward Material Inspection Reports, Goods Receipt Note Clearance (GRN), Review of Vendor Quality Documents (Inspection & Test Plans, Welding Procedure Specification, Procedure Qualification Records, Non-destructive testing procedures and reports (UT, MT, PT, RT, PMI etc), Surface Preparation and Coating procedure, Factory Acceptance Test procedure, Hydrostatic testing procedure. Attending pre-inspection meeting, Weekly quality review meetings with client and yard, coordination and attending internal and external audits and closure of Non conformance, if any. Review of Inspection reports and Release notes and coordination with SCM and PMT and carrying out complete QA/QC activities to comply with client requirement and L&T's Quality Management System.
