To ensure timely completion of Project Procurement and Capex activities within the approved budget, while achieving maximum savings, value for money, and long-lasting solutions through effective sourcing, negotiation, approvals, and order management. The role is responsible for aligning project delivery as per schedule and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders until successful project completion and account closure
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute procurement activities for Project and Capex requirements in line with approved budgets.
- Identify and source suitable vendors to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards.
- Conduct techno-commercial negotiations to achieve maximum savings and value for investments.
- Manage RFQs, comparative analysis, vendor evaluation, and finalization.
- Obtain necessary internal approvals and ensure timely release of purchase orders.
- Monitor material delivery and service execution to ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinate closely with Engineering, Finance, Projects, and other internal departments.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors for smooth execution.
- Track project milestones and ensure alignment with delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and audit requirements.
- Facilitate project closure including documentation, reconciliation, and account settlement.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
