- Lead drafting, vetting, and negotiation of key real estate documents including development agreements, collaboration agreements, sale deeds, and deeds of declaration.
- Manage and strategize civil litigation, including filing and defending suits related to land title, partition, injunctions, and ownership disputes.
- Handle partition proceedings and land revenue matters, with the ability to independently defend and resolve complex disputes.
- Coordinate closely with external counsel for effective case management and outcomes.
- Provide expert guidance on DTCP Haryana policies, including licensing processes, LOI, approvals, and regulatory compliance.
- Defend project approvals, licenses, and sanctions against legal challenges from landowners, authorities, or third parties.
- Identify legal risks in real estate transactions and development projects, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
