Profile Summary:
We seek a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Sr. Manager/ Deputy General Manager - Business Development. This role is pivotal, requiring expertise in Public Relations, Business Development, Relationship Building & Liaison, Client Engagement to foster and maintain robust business relations.
Job Description:
Responsible for the onboarding of Travel companies/agents to support the growth and expansion of the business.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with Ministries and Foreign Embassies & Consulates, fostering collaboration and enhancing business opportunities.
Drive business development through new client acquisition and account expansion.
Strategically plan, develop, and execute effective Public Relations (PR) strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Manage and nurture existing client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, ensuring comprehensive Business Development efforts across all channels.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of initiatives
Represent the organization at key industry events, including bid meetings, conferences, and other networking opportunities, to enhance visibility and strengthen business relationships.
The ideal candidate should have:-
a. Experience: 13+ yrs
b. Possesses strong PR skills, a professional demeanor, and the confidence to engage with CXO's levels.
c. Qualification: Minimum Postgraduate
d. Enthusiastic about sales and marketing with a convincing attitude.
e. Demonstrates outstanding communication and verbal skills, as well as strong comprehension and analytical abilities.
