Job Description

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in managing ATL (Above The Line), Social Media, and Paid campaigns (Conceptualization) and driving campaigns with multiple agencies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Lead all brand-level campaigns, from ideation to execution.
  • Plan the yearly integrated marketing plan and calendar for L&T Electrical and Automation brand, for multiple channels: film + print + digital + social + web.
  • Manage all paid media campaigns for the brand.

Responsibilities

  • Work with leading agencies to conceptualize and design external communications for the brand.
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news).
  • Oversee social media accounts design (e.g., Facebook, profile pictures, and blog layout).
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, likes, promotions, and competitions.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
