The Successful Applicant

A successful DGM/AGM CA should have:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
  • Strong expertise in accounting, finance, and compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to handle financial reporting and audit processes.
  • Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry will be preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
