Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and execute audits, including finding classification, reporting, verification, and closure.
  • Own and conduct various types of internal audits.
  • Support external certifications, including ISO audits and client audits.
  • Assess, identify, and provide Early Risk Alerts to delivery and leadership teams, with recommendations to mitigate issues and prevent customer escalations.
  • Develop strategic initiatives to maintain and improve the audit function, adding value to the business.
  • Articulate audit reports and log them in internal tools within SLA periods.
  • Review audit findings from other auditors and mentor/upskill them as required.
  • Verify CAPA actions taken by teams, ensuring closure of findings within SLA and preventing aged/obsolete issues.
  • Facilitate project, compliance, and other teams for external audits and customer audits through planning and executing mock assessments.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and mentor new hires.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing sessions.
  • Ensure audit readiness and execute relevant responsibilities during external audits and inspections.
  • Meet audit service levels and ensure high quality of audit findings.
