- IT Industry experience in DevOps, SW Development: 10 15 years
- Technical skills 5-7 years of experience in Azure DevOps, AWS DevOps
- Hands-on experience in DevOps pipeline, Triggers
- 3-4 years of experience in Solutioning with DevOps Tools: Ansible, Terraform, TerraTest
- Scripts using YAML
- Security scan and Testing
- SonarQube and Integration
- Security vulnerability tools and assessment
- Optional skills: Puppet, Chef
- Successful implementation of DevOps Environment and tool chain: 4 6 years in Azure and AWS environment
- Experience in DevOps Automation scripts
- Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure (Azure / AWS) and IaaC
Team Management And Development
- Managed a team of 7 10 DevOps engineers for large projects
- SME Capability building, Training Plan development and mentoring of DevOps engineers
- Collaboration skills and working across multiple project teams
- Conduct interviews for the Practice and do the hiring on a need basis
Business Development, Artefacts and Case Studies:
- Ability to prepare case studies, Practice Plan and implementation
- Proposals: Experience in working with Sales Team, Pre-sales
- Presentations and interactions with customers
- Campaigns: Working with the Marketing team
