This position is for Siemens Foundation Technology organization for its flagship IOT platform R&D team developed for Siemens Smart Infrastructure. The IOT platform is groundbreaking AI and data driven platform (BuildingX) for the Buildings business of Siemens Smart Infrastructure.
In this role you are required to technically own the team of Devsecops authorities working for BuidlingX platform. Various dimensions of the role include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving deployment and infrastructure architecture toward roadmap goals, ensuring security, scalability, compliance, and operational perfection.
- Strategizing and implementing best practices, reusable artifacts, and policy frameworks for R&D teams developing product and platform services.
- Leading FinOps initiatives by establishing frameworks for supervising and optimizing infrastructure costs optimally.
- Steering teams working on KPI initiatives for BuildingX, ensuring alignment with interpersonal objectives.
- Establishing and governing toolchains used across infrastructure areas to maintain consistency and efficiency.
- Leading, motivating, and taking accountability for the DevSecOps team supporting the IoT platform.
- Providing DevSecOps consulting to various business teams to achieve invent and delivery excellence across projects.

- Having 710 years of overall professional experience in DevSecOps, with a strong understanding of security integration in modern development practices.
- Bringing proven experience as a Cloud Infrastructure Architect, with hands-on expertise in platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Demonstrating shown success in crafting and architecting cloud-based products, delivering scalable and secure solutions.
- Possessing strong exposure and practical experience in FinOps, including cost optimization and financial governance for cloud environments.
- Showing leadership capabilities by coaching, mentoring, and guiding teams toward shared goals, encouraging teamwork and high performance.
- Exhibiting excellent communication and collaborator leadership skills, with the ability to engage effectively across teams with multifaceted strengths and varying interests.
