Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Tester III with strong experience across the full development lifecycle and hands-on expertise in automated testing, DevOps tooling, AWS services, and scripting. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities and communicate solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end testing across the full development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and methodologies.
• Work with DevOps and IaC tools to support continuous integration and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot and debug production systems deployed on AWS.
• Apply TDD/BDD practices to improve code quality and reliability.
• Stay updated with latest testing methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
  
  

Must-Have Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on software testing experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain solutions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• DevOps & IaC Tooling: CDK, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Groovy, Shell scripting.
• Scripting: Python (preferred) or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of Configuration as Code principles and API integrations.
• AWS Services: Lake Formation, IAM, Glue, EC2 (or similar).
• Strong experience with automated testing methodologies.
• Exposure to TDD and BDD frameworks.
• Experience debugging and resolving issues in AWS environments.
  
  

Good-to-Have Skills

• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• AWS Solutions Architect Certification.
• Experience with CloudFormation and CDK.
• Knowledge of RESTful and Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with SonarQube and Veracode.
• Understanding of data engineering concepts and best practices.
• Skills: AWS, Glue, SDET capabilities.
