Role : Technical Analyst - Devops

Position Overview
- As a DevOps Technical Analyst at Hero Vired, you will play a critical role in delivering a high-quality learning experience to our learners. This role blends hands-on DevOps expertise with learner support, content creation, and academic evaluation. You will work closely with educators, product teams, developers, and content creators to manage DevOps projects, support learners, create industry-relevant content, and assess learner performance across DevOps and cloud programs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. DevOps Project Management
- Plan, implement, and manage DevOps-related projects aligned with program requirements.
- Design and support scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure solutions.
- Implement automation for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance to improve system efficiency.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality benchmarks.
2. Learner Support & Academic Engagement
- Provide hands-on technical support to learners on:
- DevOps concepts
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- CI/CD pipelines
- Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Infrastructure as Code tools
- Conduct live doubt-clearing sessions, webinars, and Q&A sessions.
- Build and maintain FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and best-practice documentation.
3. Content Creation & Curriculum Support
- Create high-quality learning content such as:
- Tutorials and step-by-step guides
- Hands-on labs and assignments
- Video walkthroughs and demos
- Ensure content remains industry-relevant by staying updated with emerging tools, trends, and practices.
- Collaborate with SMEs and instructional designers to enhance course effectiveness and learner engagement.
4. Grading, Assessment & Feedback
- Evaluate and grade learner assignments, projects, and assessments.
- Provide clear, actionable, and constructive feedback to help learners improve.
- Track learner progress and maintain accurate academic records and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in DevOps practices and tools, including:
- CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, etc.)
- Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP
- Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Python, Bash, Java, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Gen AI concepts and applications
- Familiarity with edtech platforms or online learning environments is a plus.
