DevOps Staff Engineer at BairesDev

Drive the technical vision and strategy for infrastructure and DevOps practices across the organization. This role combines exceptional technical expertise with strategic leadership, focusing on designing enterprise-scale solutions, setting technical standards, and influencing engineering culture to deliver world-class infrastructure and deployment capabilities.

What You'll Do:

- Define and drive the technical strategy for infrastructure, automation, and DevOps practices.

- Design and implement enterprise-scale infrastructure solutions with focus on reliability and scalability.

- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve system architecture and operational excellence.

- Mentor and guide engineering teams in advanced DevOps practices and architectural decisions.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and establish technical standards across the organization.

- Collaborate with leadership to align infrastructure strategy with business objectives.

What We Are Looking For:

- 6+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering and DevOps.

- Expert-level knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, and infrastructure automation.

- Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems.

- Strong leadership skills with ability to influence technical direction across teams.

- Deep expertise in system design, performance optimization, and security best practices.

- Advanced level of English.
