Role : Devops SRE
Job Location : Hyderabad
Experience : 5 - 12 years
Required skills and qualifications :
- Strong hands-on experience with Linux troubleshooting (command line, system logs, services).
- Basic understanding of Kubernetes concepts:
- Pods, Nodes, Deployments
- Basic knowledge of AWS Cloud : EC2, S3, IAM, VPC
- Understanding of cloud fundamentals
- Basic networking knowledge : TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS
- Ports, firewalls, and load balancing basics
- Ability to troubleshoot issues logically and methodically.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Linux-based systems (processes, memory, disk, logs, services).
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of services.
- Assist with deployment, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting of Kubernetes clusters.
- Support containerized applications (pods, services, deployments).
- Work with AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, and CloudWatch at a basic level.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting (DNS, TCP/IP, ports, firewalls, routing concepts).
- Analyze logs and system metrics to identify root causes of issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve production and non-production issues.
- Document incidents, solutions, and standard operating procedures.Nice to Have (Optional)
- Experience with container tools like Docker.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
- Basic scripting knowledge (Bash or Python).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch,Splunk).
- AWS or Kubernetes certifications (foundational level).
