We're seeking a Senior Cloud & DevOps Specialist to join our Mumbai-based team on a full-time contract. The ideal candidate is an automation enthusiast who thrives on designing scalable cloud infrastructure, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and driving system reliability. You'll play a pivotal role in building secure, high-performing systems that empower rapid product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Automation & Management
Architect and automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.
Manage and optimize environments on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and maintain cross-cloud operability with Microsoft Azure.
Implement and maintain multi-cluster Kubernetes environments for container orchestration and scalability.
DevOps & Tooling
Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, and modern DevOps practices.
Build automation scripts and tools with Python and at least one of Node.js, Go, or Shell scripting.
Configure and manage web servers such as Nginx and Apache for high availability and performance.
Monitoring, Security & Reliability
Set up robust monitoring and logging systems using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
Implement security best practices for cloud and containerized environments.
Optimize system performance and ensure uptime across distributed systems.
Collaboration & Support
Work cross-functionally with developers, QA, and IT teams to streamline deployment and infrastructure processes.
Manage databases (MySQL, MongoDB) and messaging platforms (Kafka) for scalable data flow and communication.
(Bonus) Leverage distributed tracing and APM tools for system observability and troubleshooting.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of hands-on DevOps experience with strong expertise in automation and cloud operations.
Proven proficiency with GCP (primary) and working knowledge of Azure.
Deep understanding of Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Scripting/coding proficiency in Python and one of Node.js, Go, or Shell.
Experience managing CI/CD pipelines, Git/Jenkins, and implementing cloud security standards.
Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Kafka, MySQL, and MongoDB.
Strong analytical skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.
