We are looking for aDevOps Specialist, PDM and AWSto strengthen KONE'sProductLifecycle Management (PLM) team.

TheDevOps Specialist isa hands-on role responsibleforensuring end-to-end stability and continuity of PDM related digital products and services. This roleisresponsible forbridging the gap between software development and IT operations.In this role youdesign,implementandmaintainthe tools, processes and infrastructure needed to supportcontinuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), automation, monitoring, and reliable application deployments.Yourgoal is to improve developer productivity, systemreliability,and overall delivery speed.You will work directly with AWS-based environments and tooling, applying best practicestoperformance, security, and operational quality. This is a practical, execution focused role where you lead by doing - diving into technical issues, driving improvements and changes, and ensuring high service levels.

What You Will Do

  • Build and manage AWS infrastructure usingIaCtools

  • Maintain AWS cloud environments

  • Ensure system scalability,resilienceand cost efficiency

  • Develop scripts and tools for deployment,monitoringand maintenance

  • Manage configuration using tools like Ansible

  • Build andmaintaincontainer images (AWS ECS)

  • Ensurehigh availability and performance of the PDM systems

  • Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues

  • Work closely with developers,productand platform teams as well as IT operations

  • Promote DevOps best practices, automation, and continuous improvement

  • If required,participatein major incidentscalls

What We're Looking For

Technical skills

  • Stronghands-oncompetence with AWS cloud technologies

  • Goodunderstanding of PLM/PDM platforms, PLM businessprocessesand product data flows

  • Deep practical knowledge of DevOps, Agile, ITIL methodologies and how they apply to digital product operations.

  • Experience in incident, request, problem, androot-causeanalysis, with the ability to lead taskforces to secure production stability.

  • Ability to work with operational documentation, CMDB/service design, and technical product architecture to ensure data accuracy and service continuity.

Preferredexperience

  • Practical experience in cloud-basedAWSenvironmentsbuilding,supportingand developingscalable, global services.

  • Background working with or supporting PLM/PDM systems, product structures, and engineering data processes.

  • Experience working incross-functionalDevOps teams and with global supplier ecosystems.

Softskills

  • Excellent judgment, able to translate complex technical information into clear decisions even under uncertainty.

  • Effective collaborator, capable of building trust and working across engineering, product, and supplier teams.

  • Structured anddetail-orientedworking style, with proactive communication and documentation habits.

  • Strongchangemanagement capability with persistence and drive to push improvements through.

  • Teamcentric mindset, willing to go beyond core responsibilities to support colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the team rather than working in isolation.

  • Strong customer perspective, ensuring operational decisions prioritize service continuity and user value.

Educationandcertifications

  • University degree inengineering/computer science

  • Certifications in AWS

  • Training orcertification inDevOps frameworks, ITIL4, Agile leadership, or related operational practices are considered valuable.

  • Foundational understanding of product development and PLM-related processes supporting product lifecycle.
