The Role: DevOps Specialist (Deployment in AWS & ERP Integration)
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Dev Ops Specialist with 2 - 3 years of experience to join our core Engineering team in Bangalore. You will be instrumental in building, securing, and managing the resilient infrastructure that powers our entire SaaS platform.
This role is crucial for maintaining high availability, driving automation, and ensuring the smooth deployment and integration of our microservices architecture. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver continuous value to our global industrial clientele.
Key Responsibilities And Deliverables
Cloud Infrastructure Management & Deployment:
- Designing, implementing, and managing robust Deployment in AWS environments (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS).
- Ensuring cost optimization and security best practices within our AWS cloud footprint.
- Architecting scalable and resilient infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform or CloudFormation).
Integration & Maintenance
- Overseeing and optimizing critical ERP integration pipelines, ensuring reliable data flow between client systems and our platform.
- Maintaining and enhancing the underlying infrastructure that supports our services developed on the .net technology stack.
CI/CD And Automation
- Developing, maintaining, and improving our Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
- Automating infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes to accelerate release cycles.
Monitoring, Logging, And Alerting
- Implementing and managing comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) to proactively identify and resolve production issues.
- Participating in on-call rotation to ensure system stability and rapid response to incidents
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2 - 3 years of proven experience in a Dev Ops or SRE role.
- Mandatory Skills: Deep, hands-on expertise in AWS services (VPC, IAM, networking, compute).
- Technical Proficiency: Solid experience with ERP systems and managing complex integration and ETL processes.
- Development Stack: Familiarity with the .net ecosystem and its deployment requirements.
- Tooling: Strong command of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes preferred) and CI/CD tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills for collaborating across engineering and product teams.
- Mindset: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and a proactive, ownership-driven approach to infrastructure stability.
