Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior DevOps/Lead DevOps at Alyssum Global Services in Noida, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves daily tasks such as software development, test automation, integration, continuous integration, and infrastructure management.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement secure automation solutions for development, testing, and production environments
- Develop and maintain DevOps strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Design CI/CD pipelines and lead implementation of automation solutions
- Manage cloud-based infrastructure and scale infrastructure to meet rapidly increasing demand
- Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers, fostering knowledge sharing culture
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing DevOps methodologies
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in DevOps or similar role
- Strong understanding of cloud services in one of AWS, GCP, Azure or Oracle Cloud
- Expert-level proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Advanced experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- (IaC) Expertise: experience with tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
- Strong English communication skills in written and verbally
- Strong command of at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Go, etc.)
- Monitoring, Logging, and Observability: familiarity with solutions like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
- Understanding of security best practices
