We are looking for a
DevOps Process Automation Engineer (cRSP Platform).
You'll make a difference by:
- Maintaining, enhancing, and professionalizing internal tools that interface with the Common Remote Service Platform (cRSP) using REST APIs.
- Developing new automation and data extraction solutions to support global use of cRSP and its components.
- Evolving the existing Power BI reporting framework into a comprehensive, reliable data resource for global lifecycle management initiatives.
- Designing and supporting global automation tools, such as onboarding processes (ODBP) and other recurring cRSP‑related activities.
- Improving robustness, maintainability, and documentation of existing automation solutions.
- Supporting the data center migration project, with a focus on testing, validation, and platform onboarding to build strong cRSP domain knowledge.
- Collaborating with global stakeholders to enable countries to work more efficiently and transparently with cRSP.
You'll win us over by:
- Holding a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Having 5+ years of experience in DevOps and Process automation, with hands‑on exposure to building and maintaining production‑grade solutions.
- Bringing strong experience with REST APIs for automation and system integration.
- Demonstrating solid knowledge of .NET technologies.
- Possessing scripting expertise in Python and/or Bash.
- Having a good understanding of Linux(Bash) and Windows(Powershell) environments.
- Showing basic to intermediate knowledge of networking concepts, such as reverse proxies, web application firewalls, and secure connectivity.
- Good to have Cloud exposure.
- Having understanding of Process Automation Activity, you should be able to explain the Tools and scripting that you have used.
- Exhibiting strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a global team.
