We are looking for a DevOps Practice Lead with strong expertise in AWS CI/CD, Cloud Computing, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), Scripting, and good understanding of SRE principles. The ideal candidate will drive DevOps excellence across projects, support pre-sales, mentor teams, and provide hands-on expertise for critical engagements when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement DevOps best practices, standards, and frameworks across accounts.
- Contribute to pre-sales: architecture, estimation, solutioning, and client presentations.
- Provide hands-on support for complex, high-priority cloud & automation initiatives.
- Build/optimize AWS-native CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure using Terraform/CloudFormation/CDK.
- Lead containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS/ECS).
- Apply SRE principlesSLIs/SLOs, observability, reliability engineering.
- Identify productivity, performance, and quality improvement opportunities across projects.
- Explore and adopt AI-driven DevOps tools to enhance automation, monitoring, and delivery efficiency.
- Working knowledge of other cloud platforms (Azure and/or GCP) preferred
- Exposure to SecOps (DevSecOps practices) and MLOps Good to have
Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE/Cloud engineering.
- Strong expertise in AWS, CI/CD, IaC, scripting, containers, and automation.
- Pre-sales and customer-facing experience
- Experience driving DevOps adoption across multiple teams or accounts.
- Working knowledge of other cloud platforms (Azure and/or GCP) preferred
- Exposure to SecOps (DevSecOps practices) and MLOps Good to have
