Radial's omnichannel solutions use cutting-edge technology and analytics to optimize the e-commerce end to end processes reducing costs for our customer while enhancing the consumer experience. The DevOps lead's responsibilities are multi-prong - they need to be agile enough to wear a technical hat and manage operations simultaneously. The scope of work includes several phases of the system life cycle including capacity planning, third party and open source middleware components setup, CI/CD pipelines creation, testing, defect resolution and post-production support.Plan and perform Infrastructure automation, Build, Deploy, and Release automation on various Cloud platforms like AWS and GCP
- Improves the communication between the operational and developmental sides of the software development process
- Background in continuous integration management tools such as Jenkins, Apache Maven or Gradle, GoCD and Gitlab Runner
- Create and present solution alternatives.
- Create DevOps playbooks and other related documents.
- Identify technical debt and process improvements.
- Participate in requirements definition and identify capacity planning.
- Participate in production deployments.
- Provide level 2 support.
- Function independently with project assignments and with minimal supervision.
