Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure & Automation:
- Assist in maintaining and updating IaC implementations using Terraform Enterprise (TFE) under senior guidance.
- Write and maintain automation scripts (Bash/Python) to support infrastructure operations.
- Support Vault integration projects by implementing configurations and assisting with tool integration.
Operational Support:
- Provide L1-L2 operational support through the Service Desk.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers appropriately.
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Learning & Collaboration:
- Participate in team learning sessions and technical workshops.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure projects.
- Continuously develop technical skills and stay updated on DevOps best practices.
