Must have -
Experience in AWS EC2, AWS ECS, AWS EKS (Kubernetes) technology, AWS IAM, Queues,
Lambda, AWS cloud formation templates
Experience in Administering Databases such as MSSQL, and or Postgres.
Expert in DevOps activities e.g., AWS deployment, CI/CD, AWS monitoring, AWS
maintenance, AWS security, AWS configuration management etc.
Experience with Apache, Kafka, Nginx, MSSQL, Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ and/or Elasticsearch
and Cluster Configurations.
Experience of Server less technologies like Lambda, ECS, ECR, EKS using fargate
Responsibilities
- Implement systems that are highly available and scalable on the Cloud platform
- Implement and manage continuous delivery applications and methodologies on AWS
(CI/CD).
- Managing DBA activities in MSSQL, scheduling maintenance, executing queries, scheduling
backups, log shrinking, Patch update, monitoring etc.
- Implementation of best security practices using VPCs, IAM, and so on.
- Define and deploy monitoring, metrics, and logging systems on AWS resources
- Manage and monitor current AWS infrastructure, improve efficiencies and reduce AWS Cloud
infra cost.
- Implementation and management of RDBMS like MSSQL, Postgres etc.
