DevOps Engineer

Position Title: DevOps Engineer

Location: Gurgaon/Noida/Bangalore

We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished DevOps Engineer to join the team in building and implementing innovative products and solutions to revolutionise the insurance market.

Job Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions for microservices applications.

Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) with Helm and YAML automation.

Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and Azure ARM templates.

Monitor systems using Azure Monitor, Grafana, and Prometheus to ensure reliability and performance.

Automate configuration, patching, and deployments.

Integrate security and compliance controls across DevOps pipelines (Key Vault, Defender for Cloud).

Collaborate with development teams for smooth release management, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Essential Skills:

• Overall experience in the range of 5 to 8 years
• Deep understanding and experience of deployments on Linux Operating System (Ubuntu)
• Strong experience in shell scripting.
• Experience in Containerization Technology platforms Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience in the Continuous Integration tools specifically TeamCity, Jenkins etc
• Experience in centralised logging and monitoring stacks e.g. ELK, Prometheus, Grafana etc.
• Experience in Cloud Platforms Management on Azure and/or AWS Provisioning Virtual Machines, Managing Storage, Routing, Setting up Proxy Servers such as Apache, Nginx, Deployment Automation
• Experience in Git based Configuration Management of source code and Github Packages
• Knowledge of build tools such as Gradle or Maven
• Application Server Platform experience Spring Boot, Tomcat, JBoss etc.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in creation of ARM (Azure Resource Manager) Templates on Azure
• Experience in Service Mesh, Chaos engineering & Performance Testing
• Knowledge of Terraform Infrastructure Provisioning Tools
• Microsoft Teams Experience.

Essential Qualifications:

• 5 to 8 yrs. of work experience
• B Tech/M Tech/BE/MCA/MSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
