Job Title: DevOps Engineer (with IT Infrastructure & Support)

Location: Bangalore (Onsite Brookfield)

Experience Required: 2+ Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays Off)

About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled DevOps Engineer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure, and automation, along with solid exposure to IT infrastructure and end-user support.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, containerized deployments, and infrastructure automation, while also supporting internal IT systems, servers, and network environments. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on modern DevOps tools and enterprise-grade infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

DevOps & Automation

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment

Automate application deployment and infrastructure provisioning

Manage and maintain source code repositories using Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)

Support release management and deployment processes

Cloud Infrastructure Management

Deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP

Manage virtual machines, storage, networking, and cloud access controls

Monitor cloud environments to ensure performance, reliability, and availability

Optimize infrastructure utilization and cost

Containerization & Infrastructure as Code

Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker

Work with Kubernetes for container orchestration (preferred)

Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar tools

Automate infrastructure setup and configuration

Server & Infrastructure Administration

Install, configure, and manage Linux and Windows servers

Monitor system performance, uptime, and resource utilization

Perform patch management, updates, and system maintenance

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control

IT Support & End-User Support

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and internal systems

Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and applications

Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues

Support VPN access, printers, and peripheral devices

Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation

Networking & Security

Support network infrastructure including DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, and routing

Ensure infrastructure security and compliance with best practices

Implement access control policies and security configurations

Monitoring & Troubleshooting

Monitor infrastructure, servers, and applications using monitoring tools

Identify performance issues and implement solutions

Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, and system-related problems

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain clear documentation of infrastructure, systems, and processes

Follow organizational IT policies and security standards

Assist during audits and infrastructure reviews

Required Technical Skills

Minimum 2+ years of experience in DevOps and IT Infrastructure

Strong hands-on experience with Linux Administration

Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)

Experience with Docker containerization

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

Strong understanding of infrastructure and system administration

Experience in IT support and troubleshooting

Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN)

Experience with Git and version control systems

Preferred Skills (Good To Have)

Experience with Kubernetes

Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code tools

Basic scripting knowledge (Shell, Bash, Python, or PowerShell)

Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK

Experience with Active Directory and access management

Cloud certifications (AWS / Azure / Kubernetes)

Educational Qualification

B.Tech / B.E / MCA / BCA or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or related field
