About the Role :

We're looking for a hands-on DevOps Lead to lead end-to-end deployment of our product at customer locations ensuring reliability, automation, and seamless scalability.

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes DevOps best practices and has deep expertise across modern infrastructure and CI/CD tools.

Key Skills & Experience:

AWS: Expert in EKS and cloud infrastructure management Must: Background deploying Python backend services

Terraform: Strong coding skills in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) proficient in authoring, testing, and deploying Terraform modules

Buildkite: Experienced in building and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments

Docker: Skilled in containerization, image creation, and environment consistency

SonarQube & SEMGrep: Hands-on with security code reviews and compliance/certification processes

ArgoCD & Spinnaker: Familiar with GitOps and advanced deployment orchestration

CloudBees (Jenkins): Experienced with release management and automation pipelines

GitHub: Deep understanding of version control, workflows, and collaboration tools

We're looking for someone who can own deployments from code to production, drive automation-first principles, and lead by example in scaling DevOps excellence.

Must Have: Financial Domain Key skills: AWS EKS, Terraform, Python Backend Deployment, CI/CD, Security & Code , CloudBees/Jenkins
