Role Overview

As a Senior SRE, you will not just run operations, you will engineer the systems that run them. You will sit at the intersection of software engineering and systems operations, ensuring that our index platform, tightly coupled with the exchange itself, remains stable, scalable, and efficient.

What You Will Do

Engineer Reliability: Define and manage Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Error Budgets to balance stability with velocity.

Eliminate Toil: Relentlessly automate manual operational tasks and build self-service platforms to maximize engineering time.

Lead Response: Manage critical incidents and facilitate blameless postmortems to drive systemic improvement.

Advocate for SRE: Coach the wider organization on reliability principles, helping development teams adopt ownership of their production services.

Architect for Scale: Partner with developers on Production Readiness Reviews to ensure new services are observable and scalable from day One.

Key Responsibilities

10+ years in SRE/DevOps with a background in supporting business-critical production systems.

Deep fluency in Linux and coding (Python/Java/Scala), with hands-on expertise in OpenShift/Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab), and databases (Postgres/MySQL).

Proven ability to implement monitoring stacks using Prometheus, Grafana, or Elastic Stack.

Demonstrated experience teaching SRE practices (SLOs, error budgets, postmortems) and influencing engineering culture across an organization.

A solid understanding of the Index sector or financial markets/trading experience, including related business processes

Excellent communications in English, presentation, and inter-personal skills

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
