Your role:
u2022 Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar technologies.
u2022 Integrate security scanning, code quality checks, and compliance automation into build and release workflows.
u2022 Build automation scripts and developer tooling (Python or similar) to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
u2022 Contribute to Code Hub Platform capabilities, including Backstage plugin development, self-service workflows, and AWS-hosted supporting services.
u2022 Assist in deploying and operating platform services using Infrastructure-as-Code and cloud-native tools.
u2022 Improve observability and reliability of automation and CI/CD pipelines.
u2022 Collaborate with engineering teams to understand developer needs, collect feedback, and co-create solutions.
u2022 Promote clean code practices and craftsmanship principles.
u2022 Support InnerSource contribution models and documentation practices
Minimum required Education & experience :
5- 8 years exp in DevOps & CI/CD Skills with Bachelor's Degree / Master in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology
Minimum required Experience:
u2022 Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD workflows.
u2022 Understanding of GitHub Actions or equivalent systems.
u2022 Ability to troubleshoot pipeline, build, integration, and deployment issues.
u2022 Experience integrating automated quality/security checks.
u2022 Solid foundation in software development with proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#).
u2022 Ability to design and maintain reliable software components or automation tools.
u2022 Interest in developer experience and platform tooling.
u2022 Foundational understanding of AWS services (ECS, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch).
u2022 Exposure to Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform preferred).
u2022 Familiarity with Docker and cloud-native concepts.
u2022 Experience collaborating in agile engineering teams.
u2022 Strong communication skills in distributed environments.
