Role Overview
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to build, scale, and maintain our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will work closely with backend, frontend, and platform teams to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of our systems.
This role requires hands-on experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automation, along with a strong focus on improving developer productivity and system resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Liquibase adoption.
- Manage and optimize infrastructure across AWS and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Deploy, monitor, and scale applications using Kubernetes (K8s)
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and operations using Python scripts and tooling
- Monitor system health and performance using New Relic and logging tools
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and implement fixes
- Improve system reliability, uptime, and deployment speed
- Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline release processes
- Manage secrets, security policies, and access controls
- Work with modern tools like Linear for tracking and execution of DevOps workflows
- Explore and implement Agentic AI solutions to improve automation and observability
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Python (scripting, automation)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar)
- Hands-on experience with GitHub & GitHub Actions (CI/CD pipelines)
- Experience with Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, debugging pods)
- Experience with cloud platforms: AWS and/or OCI
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker)
- Experience with monitoring tools like New Relic
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in production environments
- Understanding of microservices architecture
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Cloudflare (CDN, WAF, caching)
- Experience with event-driven systems / queues
- Exposure to Web3 or blockchain integrations
- Experience integrating AI/Agentic workflows in DevOps pipelines
