Job Description
Quiktrak is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Devops Engineer with 8+ years of experience to manage and enhance our CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automation, cloud platforms, and infrastructure as code, ensuring scalable, reliable, and secure systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability (Eg: Datadog/ Cloudwatch)
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows
- Implement security best practices across infrastructure and pipelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and cost
- Manage containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or Shell scripting)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
- Good understanding of networking, security, and system architecture
- Experience with version control systems (Git/Devops/Bit Bucket)
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Soft Skills Required:
- Fluency in English to interact effectively with US/UK-based clients is a must.
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
- Consultative approach during internal and external discussions.
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Ability to impress customers and prospects with functional knowledge and understanding of their business.
- Ability to work effectively with offshore teams have necessary patience and understanding of cultural differences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
