• About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our global engineering team. This role is based in India and will focus on designing, automating, and maintaining multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, OVH, and Runtime Cloud, while supporting our microservices architecture, Kafka event streams, ETL pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, and database systems (MongoDB, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies to ensure our systems are scalable, resilient, and secure, while driving automation and best practices in modern DevOps culture. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and maintenance of multi-cloud infrastructure spanning AWS, GCP, OVH, and Runtime Cloud.

• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable faster, safer releases.

• Deploy, scale, and monitor Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads.

• Manage and optimize Kafka clusters and message queues for event-driven applications.

• Support ETL pipelines and ensure reliable data flows across systems.

• Administer and optimize databases (MongoDB, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL), including replication, backups, and performance tuning.

• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

• Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).

• Drive cost efficiency, scalability, and disaster recovery strategies across all platforms.

• Mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps best practices across teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• 6–10 years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.

• Proven expertise with multi-cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, OVH, Runtime Cloud).

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.

• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).

• In-depth knowledge of Kafka or other event streaming platforms.

• Experience with ETL processes and large-scale data pipelines.

• Solid background in databases (MongoDB, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).

• Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, Bash, Go, or similar).

• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).

• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservice observability, service mesh, and distributed tracing.

• Knowledge of cloud networking, load balancing, and advanced security.

• Familiarity with hybrid-cloud environments and cost optimization.

• Exposure to global teams and agile development practices.

• Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers in DevOps practices.
