Job Description

What You'll Do

Design, build, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and pipeline-as-code practices.
Migrate and modernise legacy CI/CD pipelines into reusable and scalable GitHub Actions workflows.
Automate manual operational processes (including ServiceNow requests) to improve efficiency and reliability.
Build and maintain multi-stage Docker images and manage containerised applications using Kubernetes and Helm.
Deploy, scale, and manage applications on Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability and performance.
Configure and manage Jenkins nodes and GitHub Runners to enable distributed and parallel builds.
Implement infrastructure automation and scripting using Python, Shell, and Terraform.
Manage and support cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS, including VM lifecycle management, storage accounts, snapshots, and blob storage.
Perform tool installations, upgrades, and maintenance (SonarQube, Artifactory/JFrog, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
Develop automation scripts using APIs (GitHub, Jira) for governance, reporting, dashboards, and repository management.
Work closely with development, QA, and business teams to support bi-weekly and continuous release cycles.
Troubleshoot build, deployment, and infrastructure issues across environments (Dev, QA, Stage, Perf, Prod).
Contribute to security improvements, PoCs, and best practices across CI/CD and cloud infrastructure.
Leverage AI-assisted tools (GitHub Copilot) to enhance productivity, automation, and code quality.

What You Know

Experience with pipeline-as-code and reusable workflow design.
Solid understanding of Linux systems and containerised environments.
Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and configuration management tools (Ansible).
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and client requirements.

Nice to Have

Experience with large-scale enterprise migrations and multi-application CI/CD standardisation.
Knowledge of security best practices in CI/CD pipelines.
Experience supporting high-traffic retail or e-commerce platforms.

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or related field.
