About The Role
As a DevOps Advocate at NeuroDiscovery, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and advocating for best DevOps practices while ensuring our cloud and OnPrem infrastructure is highly secure, scalable, and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and optimize cloud (GCP) and OnPrem infrastructure.
- Ensure secure networking (VPC, firewalls, tunnels, API security, OWASP).
- Develop and maintain automated CI,CD pipelines.
- Manage and optimize GPU-based workloads with dynamic auto-scaling.
- Oversee Kubernetes deployments, container orchestration, and one-click app setups.
- Design and maintain centralized monitoring and logging solutions.
- Implement strong IAM, secret management, and access control strategies.
- Optimize database hosting, performance tuning, and scaling strategies.
- Advocate for best practices in DevSecOps, infrastructure security, and automation.
- Provide technical mentorship and training to teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in GCP, networking (VPC, tunnels, firewalls, API security).
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized application management.
- Experience with Linux, shell scripting, and automation.
- Hands-on experience in GPU-based workload scaling.
- Deep understanding of IAM, secrets management, and DevSecOps principles.
- Familiarity with centralized monitoring, logging (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to mentor teams.
