About the Role:
Responsible for cloud deployment, containerization, CI/CD, infrastructure security, uptime and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
- CI/CD Pipeline Development: Design, implement, and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline software development processes and ensure rapid and reliable releases.
- Infrastructure Automation: Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to automate the provisioning and management of cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Monitoring & Performance Optimization: Set up monitoring tools and dashboards to track system performance, application health, and infrastructure metrics, proactively addressing issues to ensure high availability.
- Collaboration & Communication: Foster collaboration between development, operations, and quality assurance teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Security & Compliance Implementation: Integrate security practices into the DevOps lifecycle (DevSecOps), ensuring that security and compliance requirements are met at every stage of development and deployment.
- Documentation & Training: Maintain detailed documentation of deployment processes, system configurations, and best practices, and provide training to team members on DevOps tools and methodologies.
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on government-approved cloud service providers
- Configure and manage databases including vector databases, NoSQL databases, relational databases, and caching layers
- Configure and manage API gateways, load balancers, and SSL/TLS certificate management
- Optimize cloud costs through resource rightsizing, reserved capacity planning, and efficient architecture design
- Perform system performance tuning, capacity planning, and infrastructure optimization initiatives
- Establish backup and recovery procedures, maintain disaster recovery runbooks and business continuity plans
- Ensure compliance with organizational security guidelines, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Job Description (JD)
- DevOps/Cloud Engineering experience with production deployment and operational management
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related technical field
- The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for implementing and managing DevOps practices and tools to enhance the development lifecycle of AI/ML solution. This role focuses on automating processes, optimizing infrastructure, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams to deliver secure, high-quality software efficiently.
- The DevOps Engineer will develop CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning, and monitor system performance while embedding security measures throughout the development lifecycle. Ideal candidates should have experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD tools, and deep understanding of IaC principles and automation tools, alongside strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Strong expertise in major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP - compute, storage, networking, managed services
- Hands-on experience with containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, container orchestration at scale
- Strong Linux system administration skills: shell scripting, system monitoring, performance tuning
- Experience with microservices architecture deployment, service mesh, and distributed systems
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals: VPC, subnets, security groups, firewalls, DNS, load balancers
- Understanding of security best practices: IAM, RBAC, encryption, compliance frameworks
Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate (preferably B. E / B. Tech / MCA or equivalent degree in IT/CS) with good academic record from a recognized and reputed university/institution
Desirable Skills and Certificates
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect
- Experience in environmental, regulatory, or e-governance AI systems.
- Knowledge of GIS, remote sensing, and KML/geospatial data formats.
- Exposure to agentic AI and decision-support systems.
