About the Role
We are seeking a skilled DevOps/Cloud Engineer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and system reliability. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with development teams to streamline deployments, improve performance, and ensure platform stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
- Automate manual processes, improve operational efficiency, and reduce downtime.
- Handle containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Troubleshoot environment issues and support production deployments.
- Implement logging, alerting, and monitoring with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, etc.
- Collaborate with dev teams for smooth integration, testing, and rollout of applications.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and cloud governance policies.
Required Skill and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles.
- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP cloud services.
- Strong skills with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Shell).
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates).
- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems.
- Experience in monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
- Knowledge of networking basics (VPC, DNS, load balancers, firewalls).
