Project Description:
- We are seeking an experienced DevOps Specialist, GitHub & Cloud Platform Engineer to join our enterprise cloud team. This role focuses on managing cloud DevOps environments, GitHub enterprise solutions, implementing Public Cloud Landing Zone governance, and supporting multi-cloud
- infrastructure automation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud services, GitHub enterprise management, DevOps practices, and enterprise-scale platform management, combined with exceptional soft skills to drive innovation and work independently in a complex environment.
Responsibilities:
- DevOps & Source Control Governance
- -Administer Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise (orgs, repos, security, access, workflows)
- -Automate data extraction and reporting using PowerShell, REST APIs, and Power BI
- -Manage CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, runners, permissions, and extensions
- Cloud Governance & Infrastructure
- -Implement Azure Landing Zones, policies, tagging, and compliance guardrails
- -Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and ARM
- -Design standardized cloud deployment templates and GitHub-based workflows
- Documentation & Enablement
- -Maintain technical documentation and best practices using Docusaurus, Markdown, and wikis
- -Support inner source collaboration and developer enablement across platforms
Mandatory Skills Description:
- -5+ years Azure DevOps and 3+ years GitHub Enterprise administration
- -Strong Azure expertise including Landing Zones, governance, and identity
- -Proficient in PowerShell, REST APIs, Terraform, and infrastructure as code
- -Experience with GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise-scale automation
- -Working knowledge of AWS services (e.g., AWS Glue, S3)
- -Power BI reporting and DevOps metrics experience
- -Strong Git, YAML, and collaborative development workflows
- -Excellent technical documentation skills (Markdown, Docusaurus)
- -Experience supporting enterprise development teams
Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
- - Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, or similar)
- - GitHub certifications or demonstrated expertise in GitHub Enterprise
- - Experience with enterprise-scale Azure and GitHub deployments
- - Knowledge of compliance frameworks and governance requirements
- - Experience with multi-cloud environments (Azure + AWS)
- - Background in financial services or highly regulated industries
- - Experience with offshore team coordination and incident response models
- - Familiarity with GitHub Copilot for Business and AI-assisted development workflows
