About the Role: 

We're hiring a DevOps Engineer to own Lucio's cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows as we scale a high-growth, AI-native legal platform. This role focuses on building reliable, secure, and automated systems that support fast iteration without compromising stability. You'll work closely with the DevOps Lead and engineering teams to design infrastructure that scales with product and user growth, while keeping operational complexity low. The role is hands-on and ownership-driven, with real impact on how our systems run in production. 

Key Responsibilities: 

● Own and operate Lucio's cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. 

● Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to enable frequent, reliable releases. 

● Manage containerized workloads and orchestration using Kubernetes.

● Implement and maintain infrastructure using Terraform as the source of truth.

● Ensure production reliability through monitoring, alerting, and proactive issue resolution.

● Partner with engineering teams to improve deployment, scalability, and system resilience. 

● Apply security best practices across infrastructure and delivery pipelines.

● Investigate production issues and drive long-term improvements.

Requirements: 

● 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering.

● Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure. (necessary) 

● Practical experience with CI/CD, especially GitHub Actions. 

● Working knowledge of Kubernetes and container-based deployments.

● Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code. 

● Solid understanding of Linux, networking, and cloud security fundamentals.

● Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup setup. 

● High ownership, strong problem-solving ability, and comfort with ambiguity.
