Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, automate deployment pipelines, and ensure system reliability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud & Infrastructure Management

Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure on GCP

Monitor system performance, availability, and security

Manage GCP services like Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, and IAM

CI/CD & Automation

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Cloud Build

Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform or similar tools

Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices

Containerization & Orchestration

Work with Docker and Kubernetes (GKE) for containerized applications

Manage deployments, scaling, and orchestration of services

Monitoring & Security

Implement monitoring and logging using tools like Stackdriver (Cloud Monitoring)

Ensure security best practices, access controls, and compliance

Collaboration

Work closely with development and QA teams to streamline release cycles

Troubleshoot production issues and provide quick resolutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

35 years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering

Hands-on experience with GCP services

Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and pipelines

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform

Familiarity with scripting (Python, Bash, or similar)

Experience with microservices architecture

Knowledge of networking and security best practices

Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments

GCP certification (preferred)
