Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in AWS and modern DevOps practices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable infrastructure, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes-based deployments. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CDK and/or Terraform
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
- Manage and deploy applications on Kubernetes (EKS) in AWS environments
- Implement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD
- Automate configuration management and deployments using Ansible
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment reliability, security, and scalability
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance
- Ensure best practices for cloud security, monitoring, and cost optimization
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of overall IT experience with strong focus on DevOps
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
- Proven experience with IaC tools: AWS CDK and/or Terraform
- Solid experience in CI/CD tools: CircleCI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes deployments on AWS (EKS)
- Experience with ArgoCD and Ansible
- Working experience in Node.js / TypeScript and Python
- Strong understanding of Linux, networking, and cloud security best practices
Good to Have
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
- Exposure to microservices architecture
- AWS certifications are a plus
